Shipping Policy

At this stage, we currently ship within Australia only via standard post. We hope to expand this as we grow.

Production time⏳: Each piece is made to order once you purchase. Please allow 2.5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping time📦: Once produced, standard shipping typically takes 3–6 business days.

Total estimated delivery🚐: Production time + shipping time, so please allow for both when estimating when your order will arrive. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods or public holidays.

Tracking📍: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships

Lost or delayed packages: If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at admin@moonfaze.au, and we'll look into it with our shipping provider.
